    Amongst others, Dr Bednarski performs breast procedures such as:

    • Biopsies (including minimally invasive with ultrasound or stereotactic guidance)
    • Non-surgical treatment of breast problems (ie:  breast pain)
    • Treatment of diseases of the breast (abscesses, gynecomastia)
    • Breast resections (as needed for benign or malignant disease processes)
    • Lymph node resections (including sentinel lymph node excisions)
    • Breast reconstruction and balancing of the “other” breast as needed
    • Breast reductions (for cancer or for burdensome breasts)
    • Mastopexies (breast lifts for cancer or droopy breasts)

  • Patient Information

    Dr Bednarski does not do “telephone consultations” or “virtual consultations.”  The patient will be seen for an extensive evaluation and treatment plan in her office.  It is very important to Dr Bednarski that her patients feel comfortable with every step of treatment.  She encourages multiple visits, if that is what is needed.

    Dr Bednarski currently performs all surgeries at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois.  She is seeing patients both in her Maryville office, as well as in O’Fallon.
