Global Period For Cryoablation And Surgical Procedures
For patients who choose to have Cryoablation of Breast Tumors or a large Surgical Procedure at Serenity Surgery & Wellness, the practice offers a 90-day global period. This means that during the 90 days following the date of the Cryoablation or a Surgical Procedure, all clinically necessary Office Visits or Televisits related to the procedure that was performed will be provided at no additional cost. The determination of clinical necessity and the frequency of follow-up visits will be assessed solely by the practice's provider.
IMPORTANT: All Office Visits and Televisits that occur outside of the Global Period are billable. The patients agree and understand that payments for scheduling those appointments are due at the time of scheduling.
Follow-up Visit After "Post Cryoablation Biopsy"
At Serenity Surgery & Wellness, we understand the importance of comprehensive follow-up care after a Cryoablation procedure. For patients who choose to have a Post-Cryoablation Biopsy with Dr. Bednarski, we are pleased to offer an exclusive discount.
When you undergo a Post-Cryoablation Biopsy at our practice, we will waive the cost of the follow-up visit. This means that the subsequent office visit or televisit required to review and address the biopsy findings will be provided to you at no additional charge.
